All items are shipped insured within EU up to 500 euro.

Items shipped within USA are insured for the amount purchased if insurance is paid for.

All items shipped outside EU and USA cannot be insured.

We use strong karton boxes filled with special foam for ulitmate protection.

For security reasons we mark our crystal with a removable marker tag. This can be wiped off with a piece of cloth. In case of transport breakage and an item will be claimed for insurance ( if insurance is there), we check our items for the marker. If there is no sign , then the insurance can not be claimed.
